When will my order ship?
We carry both made to order and in stock items. Made to order pieces ship within approximately 6 to 8 weeks of purchase. In stock pieces ship within approximately 1-3 business days of purchase. While we aim to process and ship orders within these time frames, these are estimates only, and orders may ship earlier or later depending on production and fulfillment capabilities. To view whether an item is made to order or in stock, please refer to the individual product page of the item.
If you have purchased a combination of made to order and in stock pieces, your entire order will ship once all items are complete. If you would like the in stock portion of your order to ship separately, please email us at contact@choushuparis.com for special shipping arrangements. Additional shipping charges will apply.
How do I make changes to my contact information or shipping address?
If you need to make changes to the contact information or shipping address entered during checkout, please contact us at contact@choushuparis.com as soon as possible after placing your order for assistance.
What does your guarantee cover?
The gold plating of your jewellery is guaranteed for 1 year following purchase. In case of abnormal wear within the first year, we will re-plate your piece for free. If after one year your jewellery needs re-plating, this service will always be available for a small fee.
The guarantee does not apply in the following cases:- Non-compliant use and defects in use; Incorrect wear
- Damage caused by a handling error, excessive or incorrect use, accidental or intentional physical changes, use for professional or commecial purposes;
- In the event of improper care, or a lack of care and hygiene; or in the event of a lack of maintenance and hygiene;
- Repairs carried out on the jewellery by any person not authorised bIf your jewel is damaged and under warranty, we invite you to contact the retailer from whom you purchased the jewel, or to contact our customer service. The proof of purchase is necessary to confirm the validity of your warranty, as well as damage resulting from these repairs.

Is my jewellery guaranteed? For how long?
Your CHOUSHU jewellery is guaranteed for 1 year from the date of purchase. We invite you to keep your proof of purchase in order to activate your guarantee.

This privacy policy aims to give you information on how we collect and process your personal data.
The choushuparis.com website is controlled by Choushu, referred to as “we”, “us” or “our” throughout this privacy policy. We are the primary data controller for the purposes of this website and our registered office is 23/25 rue Jean-Jacques Rousseau, 75001 Paris.
It is important that you read this privacy policy together with any other privacy notice or fair processing notice we may provide on specific occasions when we are collecting or processing personal data about you so that you are fully aware of how and why we are using your data.
In accordance with the provisions of the French data protection act no. 78-17 of 6 January 1978, the website has been the subject of a declaration to the CNIL (French data protection authority)

Intellectual property
The entire content of the Choushu website (illustrations, texts, wordings, trademarks, images and videos) is the property of Choushu. Any reproduction of all or part of the content by any process and on any medium whatsoever requires the prior and express permission of Choushu. Choushu is not authorized to give You permission to copy, display or distribute any content for which You do not possess the intellectual-property rights. Any use of such content in breach of the rights held in it by third parties constitutes an infringement offence, incurring severe penalties under the French Intellectual Property Code (Code de la Propriété Intellectuelle).Under no circumstances will Choushu be held liable for a User's infringement of rights held by third parties where such infringement is committed by virtue of such User's activity on the Website.
Miscellaneous Provisions
Force Majeure
Any circumstances beyond the parties’ control hindering the performance, under normal conditions, of their obligations, are considered as causes of exemption from the obligations and result in the suspension thereof.
The party which invokes the circumstance referred to above must immediately warn the other party thereof, as well as of the end thereof.
Force Majeure events shall include all elements or circumstances which are unavoidable, not caused by and outside the control of the parties, unpredictable, inevitable, and which cannot be prevented by the parties, despite all reasonable efforts. Other than those events generally confirmed by the case law of French courts and tribunals, the following are expressly considered as cases of force majeure or fortuitous events: the blockage of means of transport or supply, earthquakes, fires, storms, flooding, lightning, the breakdown of telecommunication networks or difficulties specific to the telecommunications networks external to the customers.
The parties shall come together to assess the impact of the event and agree on the conditions pursuant to which the contract will continue to be performed. If the force majeure event continues for more than three months, these general terms and conditions can be terminated by the injured party.
Partial non-validation
If one or more provisions of these general terms and conditions are deemed invalid or declared invalid in accordance with a law, regulation or following a definitive judgement of a competent court, the remaining provisions shall remain effective and binding.
Non-waiver
The fact that one of the parties does not invoke a breach by the other party of any specific obligation set forth in these terms and conditions cannot be interpreted as a waiver of the obligation in question in the future.
Governing law
These general terms and conditions shall be governed by French law, with the exception of the provisions of the Vienna convention. The same is true for the substantive and procedural rules. In the case of a dispute or claim, the buyer shall contact Choushu, as a priority, in order to seek an amicable solution. Otherwise, the buyer may initiate proceedings before the court of its choice.
